Movado has been one of the world’s leading watchmakers and manufacturers since 1881. Recognized today for its iconic museum dial and modern style, Movado has earned over 200 international awards for its watch designs and upstanding technology. This long history of artistry and innovation still defines the brands identity today. Recently, I decided I wanted a new timepiece. I was looking for something classic that I could wear everyday, but I still wanted it to be eye-catching. I searched for more than a month until  I saw the Movado Bold and – well – it was simple: I decided upon a Movado.

I knew  that I wanted the classic museum dial. I thought its clean look was upscale, trendy and was, of course, iconic. After trying on numerous styles ranging from the Sapphire to the Amorosa, I finally decided on the Movado Bold. As a huge fan of gold, this decision came rather quickly to me as this timepiece is made of yellow gold ion-plated stainless steel. I knew it would go well with all of my jewelry and it was casual enough to wear everyday, yet trendy enough to dress up for the occasion.

After wearing the Bold for the past few months I can confidently say, I absolutely love this watch. I love its clean face and symmetry of design featuring a mirrored yellow gold-toned sunray dial with matching dot and bezel. The bracelet is made of gold ion-plated stainless steel with links that are a mix of brushed a reflective gold: a contrast that creates a stunning, classy, remarkable look. This Movado is powered by a Swiss quartz movement and protected by K1 crystal.

In wearing this timepiece I have received numerous compliments about how stunning it looks. I could not be happier with this watch, and am currently in the market for my next Movado!
